Chapter 1 Notes

Question; If Lennie didn't have George and vice versa, where would they be ? And what would they be doing? With who?

Reflect; On Page 9 the author states "George's hand remained outstretched imperiously. Slowly, like a terrier who doesn't wan to bring a ball to its master.." This part made me feel a certain type of way because they are comparing an actual human to an animal. Only because he is mentally handicapped ? 

Prediction; I predict that Lennie and George will find the ranch at the end of the chapter they are left camping out in the woods taking a break from walking so much. They will find the ranch and the book will continue from their tribulations at the job that they will get.
